This machine is so great and powerful. It can sew through many layers and the coverstitch is great. Easy to thread and use, I would recommend to anyone who is sewing stretchy fabric this machine, it's a all in 1 machine. Sewing active sports clothing on this machine is easy and fast. I researched this machine. This is an excellent machine and the extras were good. I had a problem with some of the customer service that I received, and the description of items to be included. My serger tote was not sent with the serger package, I had to call and ask for it. Originally the information posted on the website stated that there were to be two DVDs for the serger. I called and inquired about the missing "second" DVD. The young lady that answered the phone stated that there was only one DVD for the package. I asked why was "two" indicated on the website, she did not know. She asked her manager/owner, and she "said" the same thing. No explanation for mis-information...Overall the machine is wonderful, the customer service is okay.......
