Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.
Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), Shipping is FREE to customers on orders over $49. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's, FPO's and DPO's are not eligible for free shipping. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping methods such as assembled industrial sewing machines and some sewing cabinets.

Alba has joined Janome America in April 2007 as an In-House Educator. She is currently a Dealer Training Specialist where she travels all over the country training dealers in the Janome and Artistic product line as well as teaching them new sales techniques.
As a young child, Miriam had a love for textiles and anything she could create with them. Miriam attended Maryland College of Art and studied textile arts. She taught herself to sew while in college and from that point on and never looked back.
Cindy is an internationally recognized Brother Software expert. She began working with the PE-DESIGN software when it was first introduced and began teaching all Brother Software thereafter. She is also recognized as an expert on the Brother Scan-N-Cut.
With more than 40 years of sewing under her belt and industry experience that spans over 25 years, Denise has a vast pool of knowledge and teaches all over the USA. She is very passionate about the sewing industry and she is always excited to share her knowledge of quilting and sewing with others.
LuAnn Hartley is the National Education Manager for Juki America. Prior to this position, she owned a quilting/sewing store, and worked as an educator traveling and teaching dealers and consumers how to use their machines before joining Juki as their education manager.
Growing up in a family of crafters, Mike said he didn't become serious about sewing until he studied Costume Design and Technology at Florida State University a little over 20 years ago. He said he enjoys the unique creative process sewing provides.

Kristina was selected to be a member of the Handi Quilter Quilt Your Desire Inspiration Squad in 2017 and has been featured in magazines, show programs, and on the Handi Quilter truck. Kristina is also a member of many local quilt guilds and enjoys continually learning and improving her skills.
Jennifer has been sewing for 35 years. Jennifer learned how to sew and craft by making Barbie clothes. From that grew a life long passion of creating and crafting. She is also passionate about teaching others and inspiring newcomers. Her favorite machine is the Brother Luminaire XP2.
