	I am new to sewing and have been taking classes for about four years now. I purchased this machine after trying another brand. The Babylock Evolution is simply wonderful. The more you use it, the more you will love it. It creates confidence and is soooo easy to thread. I just finished my first garment using chiffon and it was not difficult at all once I learned to use the three-thread rolled hem--a stitch I used to make the darts as well. It went together very quickly and looks professionally made. This serger is definitely worth the price!

	The new lighting system on the Evolution eliminates shadows! Fabric and thread colors appear clear, true, and distinct. When I was looking for a new serger, I demoed 6 different brands. All their sewing areas were lit by a bulb which turned the fabric different colors and caused the foot to cast shadows on the sewing area. Finally, I found the new BabyLock Evolution! The sewing area is illuminated using a LED lighting system. The light literally surrounds the needle area. Since it is a different type of light, the fabric colors remain true. Most importantly, the foot doesn't cast a shadow on the sewing area! My eyes aren't what they were 20 years ago. The new BabyLock Evolution allows me to see clearly and to serge accurately, no more WOOPS!

	When I initially purchased a serger, I was a little hesitant about the complicated threading system! This machine took the complication out of the equation! Threading it is SO EASY! I love my BabyLock and wouldn't recommend ANYTHING ELSE!!! The air system is great - it truly makes threading a "breeze"! I also love the threading guide that comes with the machine for all the different stitches. It's easy to follow and the different threads are color-coded so there is no question about which thread goes where!
