I just purchased this item and I love it. After setting it up I practiced sewing 4 hems then actually hemmed 4 pairs of pants with it.
The instructions were easy to follow and even though I have never operated any machine except the standard sewing machine, it was easy to opereate.
My sewing machine had a blind hemming foot, but it showed too much thread on the right side. This one doesn't show.
It used to take me 45 minutes to hand hem a pair of pants. I pressed up hems for 4 pairs of pants, trimmed them, sewed them on the new blind hemmer, repressed, all in just one hour.
