Power Mesh Fusible Stabilizer

Floriani Power Mesh Fusible is a 1.5 oz sheer cutaway available in natural, nude & onyx. Unlike traditional cutaway, this product will not shadow through on light colored fabrics such as knits. Its softness makes it ideal for children’s clothing and baby garments. The uniqueness of the fusible version makes this product a staple in your embroidery stabilizers. There is no need for basting or messy spray adhesives which leave a residue on the needle and machine when using this product. By fusing the stabilizer to the back of the garment, we are more successful in hooping and do not stretch the garment out of shape. The stabilizer is temporarily attached to the entire area where the embroidery will be stitched unlike spray adhesives which only “spot” tack and allow shifting of the fabric. This product is also available in a non-fusible version.

• Will support around six to eight thousand stitches on an average size, well-digitized embroidery design (4″ x 4″).
• Use the fusible version to cover up scratchy stitches on the back of the embroidery.
• Will not shadow through on light weight cottons and knits.

Stitch N Wash Fusible Stabilizer

This 1.5 oz tear away stabilizer is ideal for airy, open work type embroidery designs on light cottons and linen. It’s unique because it is made up of half soluble and half non-soluble fibers. By wetting the design once it is complete the stabilizer is easily torn away without distorting stitches or harming the delicate fibers of heirloom quality fabrics. The design will retain the non-soluble part of the stabilizer throughout the life of the garment keeping the embroidery looking smooth. Any remnants of the stabilizer around the design will wash out in the laundry. Try the new fusible version of Stitch N Wash® when doing embroidery on loosely woven versions of the fabrics mentioned above that tend to shift during the hooping and embroidery process. By fusing the Stitch N Wash® on to the back of the fabric, it will aid in keeping the fabric taut. This version also eliminates the need for basting or messy spray adhesives.

Wet N Gone Stabilizer

This unique product is a fibrous water soluble stabilizer and does a superior job of supporting dense embroidery designs. Embroider most free standing lace with just one layer! It’s clean rinse capability makes it the best choice when using it with delicate fibers such as English netting.

Embroidery Perfection Tape

Use this iron-on, non-woven interlining to add shape and dimension to your next project! This unique leather-like product is easy to shape and tear resistant making it ideal for hats, bags/purses, belts, crafting and home decoration projects. FUSE to your favorite decorative, cotton or synthetic fabric and create a dimensionally stable yet flexible piece that will give body without bulk! The fusible adhesive on Deco-Magic creates a permanent bond to the fabric but because the adhesive is needle-friendly you are free to embellish with your favorite decorative stitches! Turning Tool

Use this unique all metal tool as the perfect point turner for home dec and general sewing applications. The generous round ball located at the end prevents the tool from “poking” through the seam. This “round ball tip” makes a great seam press when turning the item inside out. Simply, run the tool along the seam while giving a good press - no more having to pull the seam out with a pin! Another great application is to use the tool as a “fabric safe” stiletto - place behind the presser foot to “gather” fabrics, use to smooth out bias tape or any other fabric/trim you are sewing to keep your fingers safe from the needle!

Floriani Thread

Floriani’s Commitment to Quality: All phases of the Floriani thread manufacturing process are performed in-house to insure quality. Employees are thoroughly trained on the use of the equipment and internal procedures to maintain high level of quality. Each cone is coded so that a lot number, machine, and operator can be identified if necessary. Each lot of new raw material is inspected and tested to make certain the quality of materials going into production are sufficient for producing a quality product. The same is true for finished products. An internal lab is used to test random samples of raw materials and finished cones, for control reasons. Furthermore, an independent, international testing lab is used to measure the quality of threads with respect to tensile strength and color fastness. No environmentally harmful products or carcinogens are utilized in production. All water used to dye the thread is properly treated to separate dye stuff from the water used in production. The inert sandy, grit material which remains is used as a land fill substance to help fight erosion along the coastlines. The use of certain dyes may change in order to adhere to environmental safety regulations.
