3 fully automatic, one-step buttonholes: Simply place a button on the sensor buttonhole foot. The foot then measures the necessary length, and the perfect buttonhole is automatically made in one step. With the 1-step buttonhole system every buttonhole is exactly the same size.
Memorized needle up/down selector: Press the up/down needle position button to set the needle in the up or down position. The HT2008 will automatically stop in the selected position.

Secure the end of a seam with the Auto-Lock button. Press the Up/Down Needle Position button to conveniently set the needle in the up or down position. The machine will automatically stop at the end of the seam in the position started.

I love this machine, have been using it for about 9 months. I bought it for quilting and taking to classes, is beefy enough to do the job and not too heavy.

I think this machine is very user-friendly. I love the up/down needle selector. There is a lot of machine for the price!
