Did not work on Baby Lock Flare and I specifically asked for FLARE in the little chat thing and was told yes it would. Have had help with returning it - and yes it was opened (the box so seal broken) because I THOUGHT it would work (as told) until I saw it. never taken out of bag inside the box.
Whoever was giving information on chat needs to learn what is right and wrong -- so customers don't have to send back and lose $$ in shipping. Lady helping me learn how to return was very good.
I’ve worked with it before. I prefer it over Bosal. When it’s packaged, there are creases needing steaming out. Soft and Stable does that with no problem. Bosal needs more work to get the wrinkles out and it has a slight odor, too.
I just finished my half done quilt on my Baby Lock Presto 2 and I love it! It’s everything I wanted in a machine.
I have no idea because I haven't received the correct cover yet and no one will return my calls. I've called twice about an exchange and haven't gotten a call back yet.
Very comfortable. I didn’t know it came from Canada. Customerservice was great I had to order wheels. It came with stand still legs.
It's a great bag. I had seen someone with it at a quilting retreat and fell in love with the colors. Can't wait to put it to use.

A little grippy at first but smoothed out with use.
I bought this several years ago to quilt my quilts. It's okay but definitely not my favorite. I wish it had a speed control. It doesn’t stop sewing when I take foot off pedal as it continues a stitch and that doesn't work with actual quilting. Makes it difficult to use. Speed control is determined by how hard you press the foot peddle. I'm thinking about getting a different machine. Threading the machine in fine and I thread my needles by hand so never tried the needle threader.

I've had the machine running since the first day it came. There was a short learning curve, but there have been zero problems. I've tried out every function on the machine using different fabrics with no issues. I'm a hobbiest quilter, and have completed piecing my first quilt with this. I currently attached the unit to a Cutie Breeze quilting frame and it is handling the freestyle quilting well. Great machine thus far!
Only received the Floor Lamp, the other ítem was not included in the package.
It's informative, since the machine is vintage I wasn't sure how to use some of the settings, but I was really hoping to learn how to get the needle bar centered and now it's stuck in zigzag. 😱
