How Juki/Civit Industrial Machines Are Shipped and Packaged

Juki industrial machine heads are packed in a secured box or crate and will be shipped under the assembled table on a skid or pallet. the customer is responsible for installing the machine head into the table, connecting the motor belt/belt guard and assembling the thread tree using the included hardware. The only exception to this would be the LK-1900B which ships completely assembled due to the more difficult set up.

Disclaimer: Due to the weight of the table with motor, there might be some minor marring or scratches due to shipping. This is normal when shipping industrial machines because of the weight associated with the items. The single-thread, chainstitch, button sewing machine, which is frequently used for sewing buttons on men's wear and blouses under different sewing conditions, has been redesigned with its capabilities upgraded.

Multiple Stitching Modes

Stitch shape can easily be changed over between 2 and 4 button-hole configurations only by operating a lever.

Speedy Sewing

The machine sews buttons with an optimum number of stitches; 8, 16 or 32, according to the sewing conditions.

Thread-Fray-Prevention On/Off Changeover Mechanism

The machine is provided as standard with a "thread-fray-prevention On/Off changeover mechanism to help produce beautiful seams with added durability.

Motor Options

Clutch motors operate at a fixed speed, typically between 1725 - 3450 rpm, depending on the type of machine. Servo Motors on the other hand are speed adjustable. The two major advantages of the Servo Motor are that you can control the speed of the motor and that the motor is completely silent when the pedal is not engaged.

Some other advantages of the Servo Motor include:

They consume up to 90% less energy than clutch motors
1/3 lighter than clutch motors
Reverse motor rotation with the flick of a switch
Nothing to wear or adjust
Adjusted speed remains the same no matter how hard the pedal is pressed

Most of our customers find that the sewing machine is much easier to control with a Servo motor because of the speed control. This is especially helpful for beginner sewers but also for projects that simply don't require high speed stitching.
