Machine Embroidery: In the Hoop Sling Bag

During this one-day event, we will stitch a sling bag completely in the hoop of an embroidery machine. The bag features an open top, with a zippered compartment and an adjustable strap. The strap shown in the sample is attached using rivets but can easily be attached using a sewing machine. Supply Kit Included

Agenda

We’ll do some stitching, break for lunch, come back and finish the project with time at the end for questions and answers.

Supply List

The design file and kit will be shipped to you at least 2 weeks prior to the class. Note the fabrics and hardware will vary from the sample photo.

• Optional, but recommended is a 6x10 Hoop 'N Press Pad (or the size for the hoop you intend to stitch the bag in). Hoop 'N Press Pads are available from SewingMachinesPlus
• Optional: 3 Rivets, 10mm for the strap and tool to apply them. Note this portion of the strap could be machine sewn.
