	I keep these with me at all times while I am working as they are the most handy scissor I use. Not just for embroidery, these little scissors are exceptionally sharp and make trimming away fabric and thread of all types, and in small or large spaces, a breeze when sewing. The overall construction is very solid and, as a result, when trimming a number of layers or thick layers of fabric, the blades cannot be separated by the weight of the fabric and will not slip sideways and refuse to cut. I would not be without them -- I use them every day in my dressmaking work! They come in two handle sizes but get the large handle as this size is not all that large but makes it easy to quickly release the scissors when you are done and carry on with your work.
