This is the best iron I have ever used. I have had mine since it first came out. I have owned 3 Rowenta Professional irons before this one. I hope it never gets discontinued because I want to get another one when mine quits working. The sole plate is getting hard to clean and that may be the reason I buy a new one. This has just started and the iron cleaner doesn't seem to work that well. I LOVE THIS IRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this iron many times. It truly does save you time, I have cut my ironing in half. It irons anything, even velvet and cordary by steam not pressing. I love it!
