	I am glad that a man as dedicated to making his customers happy owns Sewing Machines Plus. Mr. Martin means it when he says that his customers happiness with their purchases is the first order of business for him. After many problems with missing parts and broken pieces, he finally stepped in and made the world right for me. That said, the machine is awesome! It was easy to run from the start. It is a Pfaff Grand Quilter 18x8 and it runs beautifully. There is, of course, a learning curve. Practice and more practice will remedy that. In the mean time, the machine is wonderful and runs well. 	My wife has always wanted a long arm but I never thought we could afford one. After extensive shopping and researching our options I ran across this machine. But, being skeptical, I started digging and asking lots of questions. Everything I learned about the machine (Husqvarna-Viking Mega Quilter) was positive and, when I found out about the 0% interest financing I made an executive decision and ordered it. I surprised my wife with it for her 50th birthday last Oct and she loves it. Just be aware that it's a lot of work to assemble and is very big so you'll need lots of room. Also, if your wife is new to long arm quilting she may find it a steep learning curve before she's doing big projects but my wife says it's worth it. Finally, it helps to have the support of a great store like Sewing Machines Plus. They're great!

	I've been drooling over a quilting machine for a long time, but was always scared away by the high prices. A friend told me about the 18X8 that she received from Sewingmachinesplus, so I did some research on line, and then went to try out hers. I really liked it and decided to buy my own, which my hubby provided on my next birthday! I’m having the time of my life with this machine. I love how smooth it glides on the frame and the accuracy and precision of the stitches. I love being able to free-motion a whole quilt in just a day. It's simple to use and it sings to me when I get in the quilting groove. I would recommend it to anyone. The service at Sewingmachinesplus.com was great. They answered all my questions and took care of a couple minor problems that came up when I ordered an additional part. They even gave me bonus stuff and free shipping for my trouble - nice people!

	First, let me say that I have experience using longarm machines. I think that makes a difference when considering the useful of a review. I have owned a mid-arm and tested many of the upper end long arm machines at quilt shows. From my experience this machine has superior control and response. There was no wobbling back and forth. I could easily retrace my stitch line when doing feathers. Smooth curves were easily achieved as well as free-hand straight lines. On similar mid-arm competitor models I did not feel that this was the case--I had to fight for control to retrace sewing lines and to achieve beautiful feathers that I was able to easily achieve on this machine.
