Finished Project Dimensions

Materials Needed

• 1/8 yard – Light-blue background
• 1/8 yard – Light-blue print for border
• 1/8 yard – Light-blue for binding

Scraps of Fabric

• 6" x 14" - White on white (snowballs)
• 4" x 8" - Dark-blue print (scarf)
• 4" x 6" – Dark-red check (hat)
• 8" x 24" - Strip of backing fabric
• 7" x 23" – Scrap of thin batting
• Fusible webbing (lightweight)
• Embroidery floss – white, black, brown, light-blue (scarf fringe)
