I have been wanting a long arm machine for a while now but couldn't find one that had what I wanted but was still affordable. This one fit the bill. Shipping was fast and the instructions for assembling the frame were good. It took a day to get everything set up but it was worth it. The laser didn't work but Sewing Machines Plus promptly had another one shipped to me from the factory. My new machine works beautifully and I couldn't be happier. I ordered this machine to upgrade my smaller machine. I already had a grace frame, the sales person was very helpful, calling the company to make sure the machine would work on my frame. Only had the machine a few days, but was able to finish a quilt in half the time. This baby runs like a dream. If you are looking for a long arm, stop looking and buy this from Sewing Machine Plus. Very helpful people that care. They asked me several questions to determine which machine would be best for my needs. Super please that I bought the machine from them.

I absolutely love this machine. Beautiful stitches. The Phoenix frame is very strong and sturdy. All of the sales people were very helpful with all of my many questions and ordering. Every time I order from Sewing Machines Plus, I receive nothing but the BEST SERVICE ever. So when this machine came out I didn't think twice about ordering from here. I just wish more dealers would be as helpful and great as SEWING MACHINES PLUS. Kudos for the ordering department.
