Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.
Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), Shipping is FREE to customers on orders over $29. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's, FPO's and DPO's are not eligible for free shipping. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping methods such as assembled industrial sewing machines and some sewing cabinets.

What to expect at the retreat:
Come for two fun-filled days of working and creating on die cutting machines in a team-style environment where EVERYONE makes EVERYTHING. This retreat comes complete with two days of hands-on projects that everyone gets to create, food, door prizes and inspiration. Not only will you leave with several finished projects, you will know how to use your die cutting machine, walking through each screen with ease! Learn all the basics to pre-cutting your embroidered appliques to fun and easy editing capabilities on the machine. Learn to create your own Rhinestones designs and monograms as well as many more techniques. The Cutting Edge Retreat is a great for those who already own the machine and a GREAT way to TRY before you buy!
