I have returned to sewing after a 30 year absence and bought this machine based on online reviews. I love it! I have had it for a year and it has been so much fun. It sews beautifully and has everything I need in a sewing machine. ( I am ordering a serger for stretch fabric sewing, although I can do it on this machine with the walking foot.)

I ordered a different brand sewing machine without talking to anyone and when I got it the needle arm went out. I called to return and talked to Nedra and she helped me fine this machine. I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!!!! It has everything you need and then some. I started making a quilt right away and what a difference. I would give this a ten star rating if it was a option!!!!

It is still fairly new to me and I'm taking the free classes to learn how to use it. I'm an experienced sewer but this was a little overwhelming to me at first. But after learning, I love what I can do with it. I'm amazed at the difference between my old mechanical machine and what this does with ease. I have a little trouble with the threader and knotting, but as I said, it's still new to me so I may be able to solve this eventually. Our local college is very happy with 210 model but I liked the 420 better. I highly recommend, and highly recommend Sewing Machine Plus.

I just got back into sewing and wanted a new machine. The reviews were great, so I went ahead and purchased this for my birthday. First my manual did not come with all the pages. I had to send away for a new one. I am still having a hard time with the thread knotting at the beginning of my straight stitch line. I have tried changing tension, needles, thread, but nothing works. This was one of the big reasons I wanted a new machine. I do mostly home decor and have to sew on the wrong side of the fabric, so when I back stitch, the front side starts with a tangled mess. I have no idea how to fix it. Other than that I love the machine with all the feet that came with it and the ease of use, it is a great machine.

this machine is stellar! i have it and just love the quality of the stitches. the scissors to cut the thread is the perfect addition to this machine. the machine is easy to thread and the knee lifter is an added perk. i have a machine that has the knee lifter but does not cut the thread like this one and above all this machine is easy to use it is good for a beginner as well as a person that has been sewing for years. this machine is a nice addition to my sewing arsenol and room. you will not be disappointed with this machine.

I recently purchased this machine for a pickup and go machine. Boy was I blown away by the power of this machine and all the extra presser feet. I am able to do all the things a larger machine can do but on the go and without having to buy a lot of extras. I have been sewing for more than 45 years on various machines and this machine is a real treat. The manual is very good with how-to details especially for a beginner. My old Brother machine is over 25 years old and I hardly ever had problems with it. I recently became interested in quilting and decided it was time to upgrade to a new machine. I am very pleased with this one! It has so many wonderful features and I'm having so much fun with it. It is very user-friendly. At first I was a little intimidated when I got it out of the box and was afraid I would have problems figuring out all the computerized functions, but in no time at all I had it up and running. The manual is very easy to read and the machine is a breeze to use. I'm very happy with it and can't wait to get busy quilting. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning! I love it!

I bought this machine because I wanted to make a good keyhole buttonhole without spending thousands of dollars. This machine makes an excellent one and much more. I sew a lot of crafts and clothing and now do a ton of quilting. I have owned computerized machines in the past but nothing as user friendly as this one. It is wonderful!! Simple to thread and operate, beautiful features, the knee lift is fantastic! I love it. Five minutes out of the box it was set up and sewing perfectly. I absolutely love it and will be doing a lot of projects with it. I cannot believe this machine was so reasonably priced and has so many nice features! This is definitely a high end machine in my opinion! Thank you for answering all my questions, and offering me free phone support for life, you do not see that kind of service anymore.
